Our first Monday creative workshop was a success! We’re hoping to keep this up for many, many months to come. The work looked amazing growing the next generation of best hairstylists in nyc, thanks to our wonderful creative team. We’ll be holding this event on the first Monday of each month going forward. Hadiiya Barbel x Strength of Nature
Check out this piece Hadiiya created for Strength of Nature to show at Curl Couture tonight! The event is part of Fashion’s Night Out and will launch the company’s new line, Beautiful Textures. The show will feature pieces inspired by nature and is to be hosted by recording artist Elle Varner.
Our Monday Master Class Is Starting!
We have a new event starting Monday the 10th of September! This will be a class for our stylists to practice their creative skills, both cut and color. The point is for us to get a chance to exercise artistic license and do things that we might not get to do on a normal day in the salon. This is NOT a class for students, this is for our practicing stylists only.

This event will be held on the first Monday of each month. We encourage stylists to find models to use the day of the class. Models MUST be open to creative cut and color! They also must be photogenic! We WILL be photographing this event. We won’t be charging the models for any services, but we can most certainly send them some images of the finished products if they’d like! If you or someone you know would like to model for our master class, please email two recent photos of yourself to alibi25salon@gmail.com.

ALIBI NYC SALON @ The International Beauty Show
Alibi NYC Salon blew up at the International Beauty Show held at The Jacob Javits Center this past weekend. We introduced the Alibi Hair Wand and nearly sold out by the end of the weekend. Everyone at the show wanted an Alibi Hair Wand!! We had our stylists giving demonstrations throughout the day and ended up having guests request to be models during the show. Everyone wanted to sport the Alibi look! Overall, we had a blast and cannot wait until next year!!
